The bad news and the hopefully not jinxing news

I didn't realize it until I got out on the road, but there's a triathlon going in L.A., which caused both my regular and my alternate stadium routes to get blocked off.  From what I could gather from a very nice if not terribly information-steeped parking officer, fans were getting funneled into one entrance, meaning that by the time I backtracked and made my way through that mess, I wasn't sure I'd get there by the first pitch.  Thus, I made an executive decision to go back home and supervise, if y'all would like, the exceedingly rare "live but not really live blog" thread.  I'm a little concerned we could be messing with the live blog Gods, but if everyone's willing to tempt fate, I'll go with it.

What say you?

Live blog from home, that's what most us do....

If this kills the sweep, we're blaming you AK.

Gotta go get my broom out

One half game in first place and an LA writer is talking about the world series. A bit premature isn't it?
That is something the AZ sports writers would say. If the Phoenix Suns lose 4 in row the seasons over, if they win 4 in a row the Finals are a lock. It really cracks me up.
Let's get to the playoffs first...

Lets do it!!

Nils,

Dude, don't blame me. You think I'd have scheduled a triathlon during an NL West series?
