The politics of the Photoshop Contest
I mentioned on today's Purple, Gold, and Blue vid/podcast that many of the submissions in our Photoshop Contest had a political slant to them. My personal favorite, in part because it's kinda random, doesn't necessarily make a lot of sense, but certainly made me giggle?
"Dodgers Defeat Truman" by Eric B. Love the sunglasses.
Then there's Hanover's tribute to The Governator, in which (thanks to the dreads) he looks a little like Predator, which is more than a little ironic.
Given that we're in the midst of an election campaign, I wasn't surprised to see a few tweaks on the candidates. And it's fair to say
people love (Scott S)
putting beards and dreads (Mister Blaad)
on GOP candidates. (Phil M.)
And the current occupants of the White House. (Peter W)
Oddly, not one submission of a bearded and dreaded Democrat.
But really, wouldn't all of us vote for this pairing? (Thanks to Mike B.)

I thought this was a baseball blog, not a political blog. What say you?

Package-
I can't control what people submit for the contest. I guess nobody thinks dreads on Joe Biden is funny (haha).

Biden is funny enough with his plugs...no need for dreads.
