AK/BK...I know you probably can't do this...but the power of the Live Blog works when all Dodger fans group together to cheer on their team....Not all the trolls...let them go on their own teams site to cheer on their team
I wondered where the pre-August 30 Dodgers went. Oh well, it was a fun ride while it lasted. Considering how quickly the Dodgers got into funks in the regular season, and how long they typically lasted, this series is over. Let's hope McCourt / Coletti don't allow all the front line free agents walk, or this may be the last playoff we enjoy for a while.
Please tell me if I missed something here: after Furcal's throwing error, which knocked Lowe off TDC, why didn't Mgr Torre make a trip to the mound and get his pitcher's temp? As an ardent Yankee fan, Lowe's slips were quite predictable; the succeeding HRs, no great surprise.
Anyone, who saw Jeff Weaver give away the farm against Boston a few yrs ago, just got to see Joe Torre prove that history does indeed repeat itself. No mention anywhere of what may be pattern of very poor judgment.
In the playoffs and WS, sound leadership is critical and a manager cannot afford to give away an inning, let alone a game.

Additionally, they co-authored Fishing on the Edge, the autobiography of Mike Iaconelli, the bad boy of bass fishing and 2003 Bassmaster Classic champion. They grew up in St. Louis as Cardinals fans, but it doesn't impair their ability to Think Blue. After all, the Cards and Dodgers aren't even in the same division.
In it to win it! Go Blue!

Brett Myers was 4 for 58 in the regular season.
Today? - 3 for 3 with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Unacceptable.
